I have one that is easy and simple and you can do it in a matter of minutes. i have a pizza brick which cooks the best crust but any large round pan will do. get all of your favorite toppings together and buy around 2 or 3 packages of croissants.and any type of tomato sauce i like the one with garlic and cheese depending on how large you want your pizza this makes a great thin crust pizza crispy and not a dry crust exp if you buy the croissants with butter. cook on 350 till you see the crust turning a nice golden brown.. this is all my kids will eat when it comes to pizza and is a lot cheaper than pizza hut OR domino’s or even the store bought ones good luck!!!

Take an english muffin and cut it in half. Put tomato sauce on top of the muffin and cover with cheese and any toppings you want. Place in the oven or microwave for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and it is as hot as you’d like :D it’s delicious

Go to your local grocery and see if they have pizza dough or maybe a pizza place will sell you some. Then get canned tomato sauce and make sauce by sauteing garlic in olive oil and the adding the sauce. Add sauce to the dough and bake – then take it out and add cheese. Anyways I found this recipe in the sopranos cookbook.

    INGREDIENTS:
    Pizza Crust:
    1 Tablespoon dry yeast
2/3 cup brown rice flour or sorghum flour (see note)
1/2 cup tapioca flour (see note)
2 teaspoons xanthan gum (see note)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder (Knox)
    1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
2/3 cup warm milk (110 degrees F.) or non-dairy liquid
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    Extra rice flour for sprinkling
    .
    Pizza Sauce:
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
    1/2 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    Toppings of your choice
    PREPARATION:
Sauce: Combine tomato sauce, oregano, basil, rosemary, fennel seeds, garlic powder, sugar, and salt in small saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat.Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, while Pizza Crust is being assembled. Makes about 1 cup.

Crust: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In medium mixer bowl using regular beaters (not dough hooks), blend the yeast, flours, xanthan gum, salt, gelatin powder, and Italian seasoning on low speed. Add warm milk, sugar, oil, and vinegar.

Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. (If the mixer bounces around the bowl, the dough is too stiff. Add water if necessary, one tablespoon at a time, until dough does not resist beaters.) The dough will resemble soft bread dough.

Put mixture on a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Liberally sprinkle rice flour onto dough, then press dough into pan, continuing to sprinkle dough with flour to prevent sticking to your hands. Make edges thicker to hold the toppings.

Bake pizza crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Top Pizza Crust with sauce and your preferred toppings. Bake for another 20 to 25 minutes or until top is nicely browned.

    Another one:-

2 cans tomatoes, undrained and chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine and simmer over low heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cook ground meat (1 1/2 pounds) with salt until no longer pink. Drain, spoon tomato mixture over crust. Add meat, olives, etc. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Add Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 more minutes. Top with Parmesan.

    CRUST FOR HOMEMADE PIZZA:

    1 c. boiling water
    2 tbsp. shortening

    1 pkg. yeast (fast acting)

This is a recipe from Jamie Oliver’s book,Jamie’s Italy!!I have tried it and it;s the best pizza I’ve ever tasted!!!The recipe refers to the pizza dough. As toppings you can apply everything you want, but it usually goes smashed tomatoes or tomato sauce first, everything else and the cheese last,so that the rest of the toppings(mushrooms, olives, ham etc.)don’t burn!!I hope you like it!!!:-)

basic pizza dough.. from ..Jamies Italy, page 52

    Makes 6-8 medium sized pizzas.
This is a realy simple method for pizza dough. If you can find semmolina flour it gives the flour an authentic flavour and texture.

    800g / 1 3/4 lb strong white flour
200g / 7oz fine ground semolina flour or strong white bread flour
1 level tablespoon of fine sea salt
2x 7g sacets of dried yeast
    1 tablespoon golden caster sugar
around 650ml / just over 1 pint of lukewarm water

Pile the flours and salt on a clean surface and make a 18cm /7 inch wel in the center.
Add your yeast ,sugar to the tepid water, mix up with a fork and leave for a few minutes, then pour into the well.
Using a fork and circular movement, slowly bring in the flour from the inner edge of the well and mix into the water. It will look like stodgy porridge- continue to mix, bringing in all the flour. When the dough comes together and becomes to hard to mix with your fork, flour your hands and beggin to pat it into a ball.Knead the dough by rolling it backwards and forwards using your left hand and streatching the dough towards you with your right hand to pust the doughaway from you at the same time. Repeat this for 10 minutes untill you have a smooth springy dough.

Flour the top of your dough ,cover it with cling film and let it rest for at least 15 minutes at room temperature. This will make it easier to roll thinly. Now devide the dough into as many balls as you want to make pizzas, i.e. lots of small ones or a few larger ones.

Timingwise it’s nice to roll pizzas out 15 to 30 minutes before you start to cook them.If you want to work more in advance, it’s better to keep the dough in cling film in the fridge rather than having rolled out pizza around for a few hours. Take a piece of the dough, dust your urface with a little flour or semolina, and rol it out into a rough circle about 0.5 cm/ 1/4 inch thick
Tear off the apropriate sized piece of tinfoil, rub it with olive oil, dust it well with flour or semolina and place the pizza base on top. Continue doing the same with other pieces and then, if you dust them with a little flour, you can pile them imto a stack, cover them with cling film and put them in the fridge.

When your ready to cook them , preheat your oven to 250 degrees c /500 degrees f / gas 9 . At this stage you can apply your toppings.Remember, less is more .If you can , cook the pizzas on a piece of granite in your conventional oven- if not, do them one -by-one on the bars of the oven shelf towards the bottom of the oven. (If your’re going to cook your pizzas on the bars of the oven, make sure that they aree not too big-otherwise they are difficuly to manoeuver) Cook for 7 to 10 minutes , untill the pizzas are gloden and crispy.

I never make the dough, I buy it from my local pizza place.

I roll the dough out in a few small sized pizzas. Generally I get three thin pieces. I actually toast the dough for about 5 minutes first. Then I top one with drained diced tomatoes, then fresh ripped basil and fresh mozz cheese. Another thing I really love is to carmelize about 3 onions with a little salt and pepper. I top the dough with this and a mixture of fresh goat cheese and gorgozola. Not totally covered just a sprinkle. On another I might do Is brush on a good layer of olive oil, sauteed musthrooms and provalone cheese. All of them were good. Bake them at the highest your oven will go.

    DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and shortening. Stir in the yeast mixture. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Lightly oil a large bowl, place the dough in the bowl, and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 45 minutes.
Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion until tender. Stir in tomato paste and water. Season with sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, basil, oregano, marjoram, cumin, chili powder and red pepper flakes. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Recipe makes 2 (12 inch) pizzas. Divide dough in half, and spread onto pizza pans. Cover with sauce, and desired toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

    1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water. Combine until a ball forms. Knead it gently, just until it’s mixed well.
    2. Pour a tablespoon oil into a bowl. Roll dough ball so it is covered by oil, cover the bowl and let the dough rest until double in size.
    3. Take the dough and knead it just until the air is out.
Spread out on a large pizza pan. Top as desired.
    4. Bake at 375 degrees C (190 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes.

I use canned or jarred spaghetti sauce, sliced (not shredded) mozzarella and sliced mushrooms.
